We at boardinary want your shopping experience to be as hassle free as possible. Therefore we like to think our returns process will give you peace of mind when making your decision about an item.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase then you can return your goods for whatever reason. However it is essential we receive them 28 days within receipt of your order and in perfect sellable condition. Any items we receive back for returns that are shown to be worn, washed, soiled or marked will not be accepted. We do require original packing (not necessarily the plastic wrapping), but labels, boxes and any other tags will be needed.
Returning an item:
As a green company, we make a conscious effort to reduce the amount of paper accompanying every single parcel we send out, therefore if you wish to return an item, please download and fill out the returns form below with all the necessary details and instruct us as to whether you need a refund or exchange. Please utilise the Royal Mail 1st Class recorded service when returning your goods, this way the package is tracked and can be located if lost on the way.
We cannot accept responsibility for any damage to the item whilst in transit so therefore please ensure the purchase is carefully and appropriately packaged before sending.
We will reimburse all shipping costs for customers when returning a faulty or erroneous purchase.
We follow the same 28 day procedure for all faulty returns. Most faults will be apparent as soon as we receive the item, however we must inspect the item for any signs of excessive wear. Subject to an inspection by us, any faults we are very unsure of will have to be sent back to the manufacturer for additional confirmation.
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us ASAP and we can issue you a refund. However if the item has already been sent, we cannot reimburse postage charges.
We carefully check all of our orders before sending, however if we have made an error, please notify us and the correct actions will be taken to correct it.
We usually notify all customers by email when returns are in process. Please let us know if you wish to be told otherwise.
When sending goods back from outside the EU, please make sure you cover the necessary steps to avoid customs charges.
